That application takes place entirely on the lender’s site and is governed by their own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review before applying.
Our forms use a third-party spam and bot-detection service, which may collect technical information such as your IP address and browser behavior to determine whether a submission is legitimate.
If you ask us to help with an insurance claim, we collect and share relevant documentation, photos, and estimates with your insurance company or adjuster on your behalf.

Text message (SMS) communications

Our SMS practices are handled in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable mobile carrier guidelines. All the above categories of information we may share exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Post-project surveys and review requests
After a project or service is completed, we may contact you by phone, text, or email to request that you complete a satisfaction survey, provide a Net Promoter Score (NPS) or other rating, share feedback about the work performed, or leave a review on a public platform, at your discretion. Participation is voluntary, and declining will not affect your ability to receive service from us.
Insurance claim assistance
When you authorize us to assist with an insurance claim, we act on your behalf to share documentation and estimates with your insurance company. We do not control how your insurer uses or retains that information once shared.
Photos and site documentation
We may take photos of property, equipment, or completed work for our service records, warranty documentation, or marketing materials. We will not publish photos that identify your location or show identifiable personal belongings without your consent.
Log files and analytics
